Alliance Technical Group, LLC (“Alliance”) completed its 12th add-on acquisition with the purchase of Horizon Air Measurement Services, Inc. (“Horizon”), located in Camarillo, CA.  Horizon provides stack testing services to customers throughout California and the Western United States. Acquiring Horizon adds to Alliance’s rapidly growing West Coast presence and increases resources necessary to continue the expansion of all Alliance service lines in the region.
