Along with many of our clients, Alliance uses EcoVadis, a globally recognized platform that assesses and rates a company's sustainability performance. Evaluation areas include Environment, Ethics, Labor Practices & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement.

Our Goals

To hold ourselves accountable, we’ve set measurable sustainability goals:

Divert 50% more waste from landfills by 2028 through expanded recycling and waste-tracking programs.

Improve energy and water efficiency across all facilities through conservation measures and renewable sourcing.

Increase employee participation in company-led social programs by 10% each year for the next three years.

Achieve 75% employee participation in our wellness program by 2026.

Reach zero workplace incidents by reducing our Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by 10% annually.

Waste Reduction & Recycling: Expanding e-waste programs, hazardous waste tracking, and national recycling contracts to keep materials out of landfills.

Facilities: Energy-saving initiatives such as LED lighting, programmable thermostats, low-flow toilets, and workforce education.

Fleet Management: Utilizing tools from our fleet partner in GHG reporting, exploring telematics, encouraging right-sized, eco-friendly vehicle choices, and piloting an EV program.

Our gift-matching and “Dollars for Doers” programs recognize employee contributions, while grant funding supports local fire departments, nature preserves, youth sports, and organizations advancing environmental stewardship and responsible agriculture.
