Alliance Technical Group Acquires Grace Consulting, Inc., Expanding Air Emissions Testing Capabilities Nationwide

Decatur, AL and Wellington, OH — 4/27/26 Alliance Technical Group, a leading provider of environmental testing, monitoring, and compliance services, announced today the acquisition of Grace Consulting, Inc. (GCI), a nationally recognized air sampling and stack testing firm specializing in air emissions testing and environmental compliance services.

Founded in 2000 and operating out of offices in Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, and Texas, GCI has established itself as one of the largest privately held stack testing companies in the nation. Over the past two decades, GCI has served clients across a broad range of industries, providing comprehensive air sampling services backed by the latest sampling techniques and technical advancements.
